QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
• Over 4 years of experience in application support in a distributed microservices environment on OpenShift;
• Experience in API support, preferably with IBM® API Connect;
• Experience with ITSM systems, such as ServiceNow;
• Preferable experience with APM tools, such as Dynatrace;
• Preferable experience in log consultation using Kibana;
• Preferable experience in process automation with Python or Bash.

• Provide functional support for applications in a distributed microservices environment on OpenShift;
• Provide support for APIs, preferably using IBM® API Connect;
• Utilize basic SQL knowledge for troubleshooting and support tasks;
• Work with ITSM systems, such as ServiceNow, for incident and problem management;
• Preferably use APM tools (e.g., Dynatrace) for performance monitoring and troubleshooting;
• Consult and analyze logs using Kibana;
• Automate processes using Python or bash scripts;
• Be available for support outside normal working hours as needed.
