REQUIREMENTS:
B2 proficiency in the German language.
Previous experience as a Surgical Instrument Technician or in a related role.
Knowledge of sterilization techniques, instrument assembly, and surgical procedures.
Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare regulations.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced surgical environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Certification as a Surgical Technologist or relevant qualification is preferred.

Responsibilities:
Sterilize and prepare surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies for various medical procedures.
Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure the availability of required instruments during surgeries.
Perform routine maintenance, inspection, and quality control checks on surgical instruments.
Assemble and disassemble complex surgical instrument sets.
Manage inventory and stock levels of surgical instruments and supplies.
Follow established protocols and guidelines to maintain a sterile and safe surgical environment.
Assist in the orientation and training of new staff members in proper instrument handling and sterilization procedures.
Communicate effectively with medical staff and other healthcare professionals.
