We are seeking an Associate to help drive reporting and data quality and aid in operations in Global Customer Success in Cognite. Cognite has around 130 people delivering implementation services in Europe, Middle-east, America and Asia. As an associate in operations your role will be to consolidate the data spanning over Cognite offices and projects all over the world, such that management can make data driven actions in operations.

YOU SHOULD FULFILL MOST OF THESE REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English for all reporting activities
• Flexible and open to learning new things and handling changes
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
• Some experience with coding, preferably in Python, to streamline data processing
• Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools, facilitating efficient data visualization and reporting is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• On your 4th or 5th year of your degree (Master level) -in industrial economics, business analytics or civil engineering preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role or industry (software,it) is an advantage.

AS AN OPERATIONS/STAFFING ASSOCIATE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE (BUT NOT LIMITED TO):

• Drive data quality initiatives for forecasting and reporting within the consultancy/services department, including revenue and cost forecasting, capacity planning, and reporting using tools such as Power BI, Excel, and Salesforce.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for consultants, ensuring a smooth transition into project teams (mainly contract management and hour tracking).
• Help prepare presentations for management, providing valuable insights and updates on operational activities.
• Coordinate and organize meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders such as account managers, portfolio managers, and the finance department to gather and incorporate accurate customer data and financials into reporting processes.
