We are looking for Clinic Business Office Receptionist to join our growing and dynamic team. If you are a former Clinic Business Office Receptionist who may have taken some time off for your family, studies or other personal pursuits and would like to re-enter the profession, we welcome you to join us. CLINIC OPERATIONS & ADMINISTRATION DUTIES:

• Provide frontline service and be able to answer queries effectively, including manning the clinic hotline
• Assist with patient concierge services
• Managing Call Centre
• Patient Registration process
• Patient Admission process
• Patient Billing process
• Assist in marketing efforts
• Perform any other tasks as assigned
• Timely escalation of cases to supervisor as necessary
• Any clinic related duties that are being assigned by the Clinic Manager
• Administrative duties that are being assigned by the Management
• Assist with Office Duties
