Description:

Do you want to join an exciting journey as an Operation/Facility Manager in a company with big growth plans? With reference to our Office Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our brand-new office, in Copenhagen’s most fantastic building and with the best location on NordØ.

Responsibilities:

ROLE

We are looking for a colleague, who have solid experience in managing and overseeing building-related activities to be responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensuring that facilities are safe and well-functioning.
This includes the supervision of CIP’s own technical facilities and technical service suppliers, including ensuring that CIP’s obligations regarding maintenance and service in relation to legal requirements and suppliers’ instructions are complied with.
You will be a part of the Offices team, reporting directly to our Office Manager, Lone Bryde Nielsen.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL CONSIST OF:

  • Manage refurbishment, renovations, and office moves to enhance facilities and limit disruptions to business.
  • Negotiate with external vendors and service providers, manage contracts, and oversee work performance.
  • Prepare and track facility budget. Monitor expenses and payments and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
  • Implement initiatives to reduce environmental impact, such as waste management, recycling, and energy-saving measures together with our ESG team.
  • Oversee technical installations and management of building management systems and technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conduct periodic safety audits, and organize safety training for staff.
  • Develop and implement emergency plans, including evacuation routes, disaster response, and business continuity together with our Risk team.
  • Oversee global implementations of policies, procedures, and programs in relation to e.g. environmental health and safety and quality programs.
    This role frequently requires the ability to manage multiple tasks, deal with a range of maintenance issues, and make decisions rapidly. Some weekend and evening work might be needed in emergency situations or to oversee special projects.
