Operation Lead - Linux - Manufacturing

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Lead the Operation Service Support (OSS) team and oversee all SSG IT Infrastructure activities.
• Collaborate with other Sections, Departments, and Siltronic Site Managers to align with company objectives.
• Supervise team members, providing necessary training and support.
• Support the Head of Department in managing and controlling IT-Infrastructure budgets.
• Ensure optimal performance and cost-effective maintenance of all systems under supervision.
• Participate in defining local IT Infrastructure priorities based on business needs and global goals.
• Contribute to developing local IT Infrastructure strategies in coordination with Global Service Managers and implement global strategies.
• Engage with the IT-International organization to facilitate effective communication across sites.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Hold an MS/BS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, with a minimum of 6 years in IT Infrastructure.
• Strong communication, writing, and documentation abilities.
• Demonstrated team collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in IT Infrastructure, including LINUX (SuSE), Windows, WAN/LAN.
• Experience in project management, vendor management, and e-commerce projects.
