JOB DESCRIPTION

• Oversees the operations and maintenance of the organisation
• Evaluating logistics/ operation processes and workflows, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions for process-related concerns
• Manpower planning, placement and training
• Establishing training and career development plans
• Oversees budget for operations and monitors the expenditure
• Oversee daily operations and inventory level to achieve optimal operational efficiency
• Ensuring the smoothness of daily operations, adequate resource availability, and policy enforcement
• Monitor and control allocation of resources to increases productivity across different projects
• To serve as a bridge between management and operational teams
• Coaching and mentoring the team to ensure performance objectives are metAny ad-hoc duties as assigned
