QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably with experience in the process sector or instrumentation is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong ability to multitask.
  • Comfort working with multiple groups within business.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and monitor day-to-day business operations to ensure smooth progress and alignment with organizational objectives.
  2. Evaluate the efficiency of business procedures regularly and implement improvements as necessary.
  3. Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability and cost-effectiveness.
  4. Gather, analyze, and interpret data and metrics to evaluate overall performance and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Foster a collaborative team environment conducive to productivity and innovation while recruiting, training, and coaching employees.
  6. Handle conflicts or complaints from customers and employees effectively and on time.
  7. Generate reports and present information to management or other stakeholders while ensuring effective communication channels within the team and across departments.
  8. To ensure business strategy, responsibilities, services, and deliverables are successfully implemented.
  9. Coordinate project closure to distil good practices and ensure lessons learned are logged, defining, and embedding project control and governance.
  10. Provide project planning, milestone management, scope management, and resource forecasting to ensure project success and timely delivery.
  11. Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed.
  12. Undertaking any other operational duties as assigned by management.
