    About the job
    Join Sanofi in Denmark as Operational and Customer Care Coordinator. In this role you will be the primary responsible for Sweden and will work under EU GDP and other national applicable health regulated legislation. You will also act as back up for other countries. You will be involved in Downstream supply chain operations including Logistics, Order-to-invoice and process optimization, Narcotics, Safety Stock management and compliance. You will be a part of the team which supports tasks in Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Iceland.
    About the team
    The Sanofi Operations and Customer Care Team plays a key role in ensuring product supply to patients in the Nordics, by managing warehouses, logistics and invoicing of products within the territories. We work diligently to meet business objectives through strong processes of customer service and customer support, order-to-invoice processes, efficient logistics and 3rd party warehouse management, all with high level of compliance and process robustness.
    All activities are performed according to the EU GDP requirements.

Main responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement and collaboration. In contact with customers and 3PL, depending on the national distribution model.
  • Operational coordination of 3rd party logistics providers and distribution centers, with the aim of ensuring efficient and lean processes.
  • Participation (or take the lead) in continuous improvement initiatives and projects to improve, standardize, and develop processes of operations and customer care.
  • Maintenance of various regulated processes such as import/export licenses for psychotropic substances and compliance of mandatory safety stock
  • Serialization alerts monitoring and management for markets.
  • Daily sales and stock movement processes including month-end processes (reconciliation, reporting, accounting)
  • Master Data Management, related to customers, flows and products and share data with internal stakeholders.
  • Stock count, returns and destruction, reporting and analytics.
  • Ensuring compliance in all processes according to internal and external guidelines, and support proper documentation of tasks performed.
  • GDP activities (e.g. support recall process; support and contribution to 3PL audits; lead customer approval and rejection management; ensure regular documented oversight;

About you

  • Business education preferable, University Degree preferable
  • A few years of experience in Supply Chain or SC Planning or Customer Service within international (preferably pharmaceutical) company
  • Experience within in Order-to-cash processes, customer interaction and Lead/Continuous Improvement projects preferable
  • Strong analytical/data management skills, precision and attention to details
  • Experience in accounting standards
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Pharmaceutical industry and cross-cultural experience preferred other GDP and highly regulated industries will be a plus
  • Oral and written fluency in English. Swedish will be a strong advantage. Any other Nordic language will be a strong plus.
