The purpose of the operational change lead role is to support the business through effective, and safe delivery of change. To encourage and coach a change culture in the business.
This is predominantly an office-based role.

• We have a newly created role due to the success and growth of the Mazars Private Client team
• Stakeholder Management of project teams/senior leadership team
• Manage projects through the change governance framework and prepare relevant reporting
• Raise and actively manage risks and issues
• Support the evolution of the change delivery and governance approach, including collaboration with the wider firm
• Create project documentation such as scope / definition / initiation / Go Live / Closure requests
