Description:
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE THAT WILL LEAD TO SUCCESS
- Leadership experience in a similar role coming from within Financial Services or another similarly highly regulated environment.
- A sound understanding of regulatory requirements and business obligations within Financial Services.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and successfully embedding Operational Compliance frameworks.
- A high degree of commercial competence and proficient business planning capabilities and the ability to be effective at both an operational and strategic level.
- Strong engagement and communication skills and being able to confidently embed key messaging across colleagues at varying levels.
