QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3 years of relevant experience with accounting & cost controlling, P&L analysis, and business performance management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Previous experience in Wind energy will be beneficial
  • Experience with systems including MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint) required and SAP, SAP BI, and SAP BPC experience will be beneficial
  • Strong proficiencies in both spoken and written English, the official language of Vestas
  • Flexibility and motivation, some travel should be expected

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the monthly financial service controlling activities and processes for Global Operations Resource Support, in accordance with the defined Vestas Standard Operating Procedures
  • Monthly, consolidate and analyze the current month Global Operations Resource Support P&L results versus the annual budget & prior month forecast, noting insights to be shared with service management
  • Monthly, in coordination with Global Operations Resource Support, update the potential risks & opportunities (as applicable) to ensure proper forecasting
  • Proactively engage and collaborate with relevant colleagues and business stakeholders, in order to solve operational issues and problems with speed and quality
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and management reports as required
