SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Operational Excellence Manager to join us to drive strategic development projects to further enhance customer satisfaction, employee engagement and better business results. You will work with international cross-functional teams focusing on full chain customer order-to-delivery processes.

REQUIREMENTS

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Suitable B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree – (Technical, Logistics or Economical field)
  • A minimum of 5 years working experience in process development activities, preferably as a project manager with an industrial background
  • Strong skills and experience in lean tools and process management
  • Change management experience with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to work in a multicultural work environment and ability to travel
  • A positive attitude for change and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and also being an effective team player

Although not necessary, it would be an advantage:

  • Finnish or German, French, Italian language knowledge
  • Six sigma certification

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive process improvements and implementation throughout the Marioff Group business units in Europe and US, and act as a positive change agent
  • Responsibility for planning, executing, and following up Marioff level process development projects
  • Working with international cross-functional teams and facilitate and document their process work. Guiding teams in utilizing the known best practices and lean tools
  • Analysing the process data and come up with new innovative solutions for process improvements and waste reduction
  • Ensuring together with process owners that changes are implemented, and process are continuously measured and improved
