The OpEx Manager drives performance improvement for Sugar Division factories. The role supports the implementation of change and the development of a culture of continuous improvement to achieve sustainable results through the application of methodologies, prioritisation, benefit assessment and sharing of best practices for the division. In addition, the role supports the continuous development of OPTIMUM with the Head of OpEx in the Sugar Division, to whom this roles reports.
Responsibilities:
- Management and implementation of improvement projects in and in cooperation with the local improvement organisation on site
- Coaching, training and supporting local teams on complex improvement and change initiatives; supporting OPTIMUM projects within the organisation and facilitating implementation actions
- Developing and coordinating the introduction of standards and guidelines relating to OPTIMUM methods and processes
- Spreading the continuous improvement culture and building the divison wide OPTIMUM community and a Sugar Division network for continuous improvement
