Our New Jersey team is looking for a Project based Operational Excellence facilitator with a deep Hoshin Kanri experience, to drive strategic efforts and enhancing efficiency by facilitating sessions with key senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • The Operational Excellence facilitator encourages, empowers, and facilitates business optimization teams to support initiatives and plan strategy
  • Will work as an unbiased guide with key senior stakeholders to strategically plan and set goals for action, understanding the business to design effective processes.
  • Help to evolve the ways of working based on the nature of work through the Hoshin Kanri method
  • Work closely with the client to organize the Operational Excellence team and their efforts
  • Support curriculum implementation, delivery of instruction, progress monitoring, and assessments.
  • Coordinate with production, operations, customer service and other functions to implement programs
  • Ability to identify potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns
  • Work primarily in New Jersey, and will require some travel to manufacturing sites
