Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Quality Improvement Team to lead the delivery and improved utilisation of the Trust’s Patient Engagement Portal Programme of work - DrDoctor . The role will involve working closely with the operational teams by supporting them to utilise pre-existing fu nctionalities to enable service improvement as well as deliver new p roducts as part of the programme’s roll out plan . The role will be on a fixed term basis (secondment applicants welcome) for a 12-month period.
The role of the Improvement Lead will be to take resp onsibility for programmes of work currently being overseen by the Quality Improvement Team.
