DHL, an award winning leading supply chain business is seeking an experienced Operational Planner to play a vital role ensuring continuous improvement of planning processes within the operational planning department.
Responsibilities:
As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will
- Calculate the volumes and flows of parts throughout the operation (PFEP)
- Resource planning to identify and fulfil resources and skills required to meet business objectives
- Work with production/operations to identify suitable delivery methods for parts
- Support ERP system development, testing and implementation
- Design parts layouts in warehouse and lineside environments
- Integrate with the customer and establish a partnership approach
