- Leadership position reporting to Senior Project Manager Redevelopment with a clinical report to the Executive Director, Operations

- Please refer to salary circular for NURSES AND MIDWIVES (VICTORIAN PUBLIC SECTOR) (SINGLE INTEREST EMPLOYERS) ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT 2020-2024 for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
This role must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19 and meet the requirements of the Peninsula Health immunisation policy.
Responsibilities:
The Operational Readiness Clinical Support Manager will contribute to the smooth transition of our people, departments, processes and equipment from the existing Frankston Hospital buildings/ departments to the new acute tower which is scheduled for structural completion at the end of 2025. Key to the success of this role will be model of care development, stakeholder engagement, development of a relocation plan, providing expert advice on equipment and technology, applying innovative thinking to process improvements and resolving roadblocks, and applying project management skills to prioritise work and report progress.
