THE OPPORTUNITY
Mount Private Hospital is under redevelopment of our facilities, building a $40m in Cardiac Cath labs, wards and patient facilities. We are seeking a hands-on Operational Readiness Coordinator, to interface with all stakeholders This role is pivotal to our brownfield success and provides oversight to key operational readiness activities. An expansive role, this position will be the clinical lead for Mount Private Hospital and will achieve success, in part through:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (clinical, engineering, IT, facilities) to identify and define operational requirements
- Monitoring & report on progress against ORP milestones and identify potential roadblocks
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across various departments and external partners
