What you will be responsible for

As Operational Risk Analyst you will:

  • Support key decision makers in developing vision for future growth of Reporting and Analytics Teams: Operational Risk;
  • Coordinate processes currently in transition;
  • Deliver various risk reporting and controlling activities per established procedures;
  • Manage and coordinate relationship with internal business partners;
  • Drive quality and process improvement initiatives as defined by the internal business partners;
  • Promote best practices in coordination with internal business partners;
  • Assist in various ad-hoc requests;
  • Take full ownership for short and long term projects related to Operational Risk platforms and Loss Data analysis;

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional experience in finance services industry or other relevant area according to company’s management assessment;
  • University degree in the field of finance, computer science, data management or other technical field;
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Access, Excel, and PowerPoint). Experience in VBA/ SQL and database management recommended;
  • Previous experience in Operational Risk management is strongly desired;
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills;
  • Fluency in English.
