Operational Risk Manager / IKS
Tasks
Collaboration with regional Operations Risk colleagues in measuring, monitoring and reporting on Operational risk for the different Operations functions in the region / Analyzing the overall operational risk model for operations and the group as a whole including the drafting of relevant control standards for internal control reviews / Defining key risk indicators and other metrics as defined by the developed methodology for risk assessment / Developing robust global methodology in collaboration with operations line as well as compliance or regulatory and/or functions / Act as key representative of operations risk team in workgroups / Participating in project management work involving the current global methodology / Monitoring regulatory changes / Organization and conduct of trainings and courses to enhance risk awareness / Ad hoc projects.
Requirements
University Studies / Knowledge of Operations Risk Principles and boundaries with other risk types / Sound experience in financial services industry gained as a risk manager or an auditor (insurance, banks, consulting or Big Four) / Familiar with group operational risk, risk oriented work style and financial service regulations / Solid overall understanding of risk management and controls / Ability to thrive in a demanding and complex environment / Strong analytical skills / Outstanding work and organizational skills / Ability to communicate, liaise and work with other departments / Curious and challenging mindset / Strong team player and capacity to work with other units based in several locations / Ability to work under pressure and to take clear decisions / IT flair, MS Office, Excel etc. / Fluency in German as well as English, French as an advantage.
