Responsibilities:

• Join and report to Technical Delivery Manager for project delivery.
• Lead Risk applications Software/Hardware installations for new projects, Tech Refresh, Patching, DR testing, and infrastructure activities.
• Develop, review, and update technical delivery project plans and runbooks.
• Provide leadership for technology applications and platforms owned by the Risk Team.
• Participate in data, design, and solution discussions with vendors and user groups.
• Coordinate with technical teams (infra/network/storage/DB/Security) for aligned results.
• Identify and manage risks and issues, escalating timely when necessary.
• Manage relationships with business stakeholders and external parties, ensuring timely delivery.
• Ensure work deliverables comply with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Plan technical deliverables, monitor risks, and provide status updates.
• Engage with analysts and SMEs for requirements, partnering for design, development, testing, and implementation management.

Qualifications:

• More than 6 years of experience in financial services, with team management exposure.
• Proven Project Management fundamentals.
• Strong technical hands-on expertise in infrastructure, network, and connections.
• Preferable experience in Risk domain functions like Enterprise, Operational, and Fraud detection.
• Technical experience in SAS, SQL, Linux, Unix, Oracle.
• Demonstrated organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to work independently in ambiguous situations, ensuring end-to-end issue closure and delivery commitments.
