Description:
North West Hospital and Health Service (HHS)

Permanent full-time, 76 hours per fortnight.
This role will assist nursing, medical and surgical staff within the theatre complex to ensure a safe and efficient work area.
Duties include, but are not limited to, transportation of patients to and from departments.
The Operating Theatre suite has 3 operating rooms with elective lists run from Mon-Fri, and offers an emergency 24/7 service.

- base salary ranges between $62,977 and $65,789 p.a. (OO3).
- 4 weeks p.a. recreational leave with 17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer super contribution

Perioperative Services, Mount Isa Hospital, North West Hospital and Health Service, Queensland.

- Ability to learn and follow service quality standards, and occupational health and safety policies and procedures.
- The appointee will be required to carry out frequent and repetitive lifting, manual handling of goods and patients.
- Pre-employment screening will be conducted for the successful applicant.
- VPD risk role: Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis, Tuberculosis and COVID-19.
- A 3-month probationary period may apply.
