Description:
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
Along with excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style we are looking for the following:
- Expert knowledge of managing multi-disciplined teams
- Demonstrable knowledge of managing multiple stakeholders and client bases
- Knowledge of GDPR regulations
- Experience managing an operational workforce and day-to-day people management
- Experience of managing compliance via information systems (e.g. CAFM)
- Financial and budgetary experience
- Full UK Driving Licence to meet the travel requirements of the role
- Currently holds a SIA Non Frontline Licence or willing to obtain
Responsibilities:
- Directly managing the teams providing ID card processes, client finance reporting and responses to work requests from properties.
- Managing the performance, conduct, workforce planning and development of the teams
- Ensuring the team members are adequately trained, competent and, where required, licenced to carry out the work.
- Ensuring accurate forecasting and budgeting, within Norse for P&L and with client for annual purchase orders for department services.
- Undertake recruitment and selection of suitably trained and qualified employees to fill posts within the structure
- Responsible for accurate client invoicing ensuring minimal accruals are outstanding and reporting meets client requirements
