Adult Community Health Services have an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Operational Support Officer to provide business and change support to the senior operational leadership team and services.
The key purpose of the role is to provide operational support to senior clinical and management leads within Adult Community Healthcare Services. The role will be mainly to undertake the responsibility of supporting transformation and change, checking compliance, and supporting the achievement of Key Performance Indicators within the Service.
The post holder will lead and support the effective delivery of key operational services within Adult Community Healthcare Services in line with relevant Trust policies.
The post holder will be required to undertake and support projects across the Services as determined by the Assistant Director/Head of Service.
