YOUR NEW ROLE

As the Operations Support Officer, you will be part of a team responsible for the delivery of high-quality housing services, including, provisioning, maintenance services, stock management, housing allocation and living-in accommodation booking services. You will support managers to ensure business continuity is maintained.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional individual to provide administrative support within the Service Delivery team.

To succeed in this role, you will have well-developed communication skills, excellent organisation, judgement skills and attention to detail to deliver quality outputs within tight and often conflicting deadlines. You will be a part of a fast-paced, high-functioning business area and will provide support to existing staff members across multiple regions of Australia.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to balance competing priorities
  • Experience in the use of Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook, with an ability to adapt to new technology
  • Demonstrated capability to manage sensitive and highly confidential information in accordance with standard operating procedures
  • The ability to collaborate and positively engage with all internal and external stakeholders, building positive working relationships
