Description:

Within B. Braun Melsungen AG we are looking for an Operational Technology Network & Security Specialist (f/m/d) for our globally acting Smart Manufacturing Center within the Center of Excellence Infusion and Pain Therapy and the Hospital Care division as soon as possible.
As part of the “Next Decade” corporate strategy and within the global Smart Manufacturing organization, the Smart Manufacturing Center provides systems engineering and best practice solutions for production digitalization, especially in the areas of infrastructure, industrial IOT and cybersecurity. We are active internationally and support our production plants worldwide in the introduction and efficient use of these solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) related to design, operation, and management of our OT infrastructure, such as network components, servers, clients and monitoring systems.
  • As a member of a world-wide expert team, identify, design, and deploy solutions for operations, such as patch management, virus protection, backup, restore and disaster recovery, secure remote access, user identification and authentication.
  • Support manufacturing digitalization projects in the areas of network infrastructure, equipment integration, and security.
  • Support our production sites with expert knowledge during operations, including continuous improvement of available solutions according to evolving business needs and in line with global harmonization projects.
  • Execute security assessments at our plants, plan requirement improvements and follow up on their implementation.
  • Support forensic analyses.
