Responsibilities:

  • Gather and evaluate the financial data of lease applicants including their earnings, savings, spending patterns, and payment history.
  • Review, process and make recommendations on Rental Applications.
  • Follow up with field teams to address missing or additional information as part of the application approval process.
  • Keep detailed records of approvals/declines and decisions in progress.
  • Support internal teams with residential activity such as move-ins, renewals, transfers, and move-out functions.
  • Review and reconcile resident lease data, information, and charges with their account and ledger entries.
  • Create and provide spreadsheet report summaries for residential activity.
  • Assist in improving operational systems, processes, and best practices.
  • Provide administrative support to operations teams and projects.
