An exciting new opportunity exists for a part-time Operations Administrator (20 hours per week) to broaden their experience and knowledge. This is a 6 to 12 month maternity leave cover. You will provide administrative support to assist in the efficient running of the office, together with providing proposal and project support for the Performance Unit across various office locations. This role will be based in our Darwin office.
You will be a key member of the Darwin office providing support with the every day running of the office, ensuring clients are greeted, helping to co-ordinate the onboarding of new starters, stock ordering and replenishing, organise and co-ordinate meetings, assist in the preparation and processing of travel bookings, expenses and invoices.
You will expand your experience and gain knowledge from different areas of the business. It will enable you to assist the regional team in responding to general queries and provide administrative support for the technical leaders in compiling important proposal and project documentation.
Here’s what you’ll need:
- Previous experience within a similar Operations Administrator role
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once, prioritise workload effectively throughout the day to meet required deadlines
- Ability to provide assistance to staff working within the office, remotely and regionally
- High attention to detail and a ‘can do attitude’
- Excellent MS Office suite experience
- Open Drivers license
