Responsibilities:

We are searching for a self-motivated, proactive administrator, with the ability to support, motivate and organise our Auckland-based operations teams, whilst being connected to the Christchurch team and being part of a wider group of companies.
A role offering flexibility in hours worked and start/finish times for the right candidate based at our Auckland branch.

Tasks including but not limited to:

  • Administration support: extract and unburden administration tasks from the operations team including coordinating training and maintaining accurate records for the branch
  • Assist with payroll coordination for the branch: accurately and timely completion of paperwork and checks ahead of payroll
  • Assist the Operations Manager with preparing job quotes for customers within scope
  • Ensure assigned systems are up to date and accurate with branch information
  • Proactively participation in the Acrow Group Wellbeing Committee by being the local Wellbeing Champion for the branch (coordinating with Skyhigh Christchurch as required)
  • Ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels within scope
  • Provide backup support to the Christchurch branch as required
