Description:

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our team in Arndell Park. This role is responsible for managing the purchase order process and ensuring the smooth operation of our plant requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process plant requirements from various departments, ensuring accurate and timely creation of purchase orders
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors to obtain quotes, negotiate terms, and place orders for office supplies, capital expenditures, and other non-revenue-related items
  • Reconcile labour hire invoices and ensure accurate billing and payment processing
  • Monitor and track purchase order fulfilment, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of any discrepancies
  • Maintain records and documentation related to purchase orders, invoices, and payments
  • Assist with general administrative duties related to procurement and plant operations as required
