At 1888 Industrial Services, we cover a wide range of industrial markets and provide services for oil & gas, commercial & industrial piping systems, full paint and coating shop services, and fabrication industrial sectors.
The Operations Analyst will be responsible for developing and improving business models and operations. Key requirements within this role will include regular reporting, conducting research, investigating workflows and business procedures, and recommending changes. We will be accepting applications until March 31, 2024.

COMPANY REQUIREMENTS

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales and estimating teams to improve cost-effectiveness across all platforms.
  • Create regular reports to management and investors.
  • Works closely together with OPS Manager in forecasting revenue, cost, and trends
  • Keep updated on industry and market trends.
  • Submit all financial reports promptly.
  • Analyze data and information to identify business opportunities.
  • Prepares and delivers comprehensive evaluations, proposals, and recommendations to leadership.
  • Gathers and compiles information on processes, organizational structure, computer technology, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborates with appropriate staff to gather input and feedback concerning project needs.
  • Reviews complex financial and operational processes, systems, and procedures for efficient workflow and conformity with accounting principles.
  • Work closely with management to achieve outcomes based on company goals.
  • Enhance workflow and cross-departmental engagements.
  • Other duties as assigned.
