POSITION SUMMARY

The Healthcare Operations Analyst is responsible for analyzing and evaluating the operational aspects of Aza Health’s organization to enhance efficiency and quality of care delivery. This role involves collecting and analyzing data, identifying process improvement opportunities, and implementing strategies to improve healthcare operations.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a healthcare related field preferred

EXPERIENCE

  • 2-3 years of healthcare experience required.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze data related to the practice management operations, such as patient encounters, productivity, billing, and resource utilization.
  • Identify areas of inefficiency or bottlenecks in Aza Health operations and work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of Aza operations.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to communicate findings and performance metrics to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Analyze healthcare costs, including staffing, supplies, and equipment, and recommend cost-saving strategies.
  • Monitor and assess the quality of healthcare services and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to implement and integrate healthcare information systems, electronic health records (EHRs), and other technology solutions to streamline operations.
  • In collaboration with COO and department leaders, may provide training and education to staff on new processes, procedures, and technology systems.
  • Ensure all state, federal, and company regulations are followed.
  • Adhering to company policies and standard operating procedures
  • All other duties as assigned
