Operations Analyst/Advisor - Acquisitions

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma
• Experience working in a collision centre as an Estimator, Production Manager or Collision Centre Manager
• Knowledge of Bodyshop Connect, Mitchel Connect, or Progi
• Travel across Canada is required
• Experience with Excel
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Must possess a valid driver’s licence and a safe driving history
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Analyze metrics and key performance indicators (KPI’s) to identify trends and areas of opportunity
• Access the needs of the business and provide recommendations for change
• Plan, implement and execute change from end-to-end
• Monitor the metrics and KPI’s to evaluate the success of the change
• Travel across Canada to onboard Collision Centres
• Work closely with the Acquisition Leader to integrate AutoCanada best practices to newly acquired Collision Centres
• Provide operations support for newly acquired Collision Centres
