Position Responsibilities

  • Publish scheduled reporting on key metrics, providing feedback and data-based insights to drive business decisions.
  • Analyze company-wide operations, including performance and productivity data, error rates and root causes.
  • Create tools to better enable Uline’s warehouse locations manage operations, including Power BI dashboards and real-time reporting.
  • Identify trends, document findings and present insight / performance improvement recommendations to Uline’s President and management.
  • Collaborate with business units to gain in-depth understanding of processes, challenges and strategies to explain issues and recommend solutions.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2 - 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in SQL and Power BI.
  • Highly adept in Microsoft Excel, Access and Word.
