Operations Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Analyze and evaluate operational processes, workflows, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Develop and implement operational strategies, initiatives, and best practices to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and supply chain, to streamline operations and drive continuous improvement.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to track progress and measure success.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
Proven experience in operations analysis, process improvement, or related roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
