Operations Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Overally assist to Operation Manager for all matters as below
• Take lead in planning and deployment of technicians to work onboard of vessels
• Coordinate with customer PIC for the works commencement and daily activities
• Coordinate for the logistic and transportations
• Perform compliance checks to ensure personnel and safety
• Coordinate with Technician team on the repair and maintenance status
• Source and purchase some common spare parts or consumable parts
• Gather all measurements, pictures, and prepare the serivice report. Assist to the invoice

• Assist Operation Managers in operational assignments and projects.Delivery, pick up using company lorry if applicable.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a ITE in Engineering (Marine/Mechanical) / Maritime Business / Business / Logistics and Supply Chain Management;
• Have good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Be willing to work overtime if required
• Be proficient in using computer and mobile device applications/systems;
• Be proficient in MS Office; and
