We’ve developed a unique solution that combines SaaS with a human-in-the-loop approach to provide full-fledged services in real time.
We are seeking an Operations Assistant, this role is for someone who enjoys helping others and can handle a variety of tasks, both technical and non-technical. You will act as a central point of contact for many office-related needs.
This role will require you to be able to commit to 10 to 15 hours per week with 3 days of working from the office.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the end-to-end support for IT, liaising with the People team to support new joiners and off-boarding with their company equipment.
Support in ensuring that all people request basic IT support such as resetting laptops for new joiners, and facilitating IT requests in the different entities.
Own the maintenance of the office such as coordinating with the various vendors, ordering pantry stock, liaising with building management and keeping the office presentable.
Address day-to-day queries from employees on areas that you own, such as basic IT support, office maintenance, any ad hoc administrative tasks, etc.
