ABOUT BCS

BCS is NETS’ wholly owned subsidiary, and is an entity within the NETS Group. It manages and operates clearing and payment infrastructure for the Singapore Automated Clearing House, including Fast And Secure Transfers (FAST), Inter-bank GIRO (IBG), Cheque Truncation System (CTS), and provides services for PayNow and SGQR Central Repository.

POSITION SUMMARY

The role will be hired under one of the entity in NETS – Banking Computer Services. The ACH Lead is an integral role across the organization. This role has cross-functional accountability for managing and executing payments-related services for clients.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree from a recognized and reputable university
• At least 6 years of management experience in the financial industry
• Good payment systems operations knowledge
• Strong technical knowledge and analytical skills
• Possess good knowledge of Microsoft Office application

Performance

• Resource allocation and administer work plans of the division
• Communicate with internal / external parties on common objectives
• Identify potential risks to business objectives and develop mitigation strategies

• Review standard operating proceduresManage industry drills & tests

Innovation

• Administer process improvements to improve efficiencies within the divisionAdminister change within the division

Staff Training and Development

• Review performance appraisal of staff
