The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an outstanding client experience, managing investment-related workflows, assisting with portfolio administration, and maintaining day-to-day systems procedures. WHAT YOU BRING:
The ideal Operations Associate will bring at least two years of relevant experience in administrative financial services. They will have hands-on experience with investment platforms such as Praemium or IRESS, coupled with intermediate to advanced Excel skills. Their portfolio administration experience will include knowledge of CGT and tax. Above all, they will be customer service-focused, committed to providing exceptional service across all channels. Their excellent attention to detail and written communication skills will enable them to excel in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver an outstanding client experience through effective communication and high-quality service
- Manage investment-related workflows and orders, including preparation of investment forms and fund transfers
- Applications, redemptions, transfers, and reconciliations for customer accounts
- Assist with the administration of portfolios, particularly in problem-solving, administration, and reporting queries
- Test and track system changes and enhancements to ensure smooth operation
- Maintain internal and external procedures on an ongoing basisWork collaboratively within the operations team to meet the overall objectives of the company
Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work effectively within a team will be key to your success in this role.
