With that in mind, we’re now looking for a Operations Associate to our Central Operations team!

This full-time position follows a Monday-Friday schedule from 08:00 to 16:00. But with an expectation that you can work at least 1 Sunday a month.

Join our dynamic Central Operations team as a Operations Associate at Instabee in Norway where your problem-solving abilities, attention to detail and analytical skills will have a direct impact on the quality and efficiency of operations. You will be a key player in the development of our operations, focusing on quality assurance.

• Create optimized routes to enhance operational efficiency and quality
• Provide for a central support and control function, administer and participate in development of the tools, processes and ways-of-working related to our external partners.
• Be a point-of-contact for all our logistics partners regarding agreements, contracts, pricing and overall collaboration
• Manage our agreements with our external partners, ensuring that the expectations we have are clearly communicated and also followed up upon.
• Provide Operations with data and information that they can use for daily communications, but also work on a holistic level to ensure we have a mutually beneficial relationship.
• Managing the co-operation between Instabee and their last-mile partners.
• Overseeing courier and driver performance
