As an Operations Consultant in the Deceased Estate space, you will demonstrate sound judgment and decision making in balancing service, business, policy, and risk considerations. And proactively contribute experience, ideas, and insights to improve customer service by continuously challenging the status quo.
You will proactively contribute towards the experience of the team, share ideas, and insights to improve customer service by challenging the status quo. You will support effective team cross skilling through active self-development and building a breadth of skills. We need you to feel confident in this role, thus raise any risk concerns/ issues or incidents and demonstrate a continuous learning mindset to such concerns so such issues can be prevented in future.
You will be part of an unbeatable team, delivering unbeatable customer experiences, while ensuring compliance with the Banks’s risk policy.
