As a Payments and Cash Operations Consultant, you will ensure the integrity of our payments and cash services, products, and experiences for our customers in a fast paced, technical and deadline focused environment.
You will be part of a team responsible for investigating high volumes of Domestic and International Swift payments and being the support for any queries from our internal and external stakeholders. You will be comfortable dealing with a high volume of transactions in a timely and accurate manner.

This role will suit an ambitious individual who always prides themselves on the delivery of outstanding customer service and has a curious, investigative mindset. Further to your success will be:

  • Your demonstrated ability to work effectively in a deadline driven environment.
  • Technically savvy and able to learn and utilise various ASB systems quickly
  • Swift and International payments experience would be an advantage
  • Great numerical skills and a keen eye for detail is essential
  • The ability to communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing is essential
  • You will also need to be a team player with the ability to think outside the box to solve unique problems.
