Description:
Our General Manager based in Ellerslie, Auckland is looking for administrative support to help him and his Operational Managers oversee the business across New Zealand.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for someone with previous administrative experience who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver a high quality of work within timeframes. Accuracy and attention to detail are also essential as is the ability to work autonomously and understand that confidentiality is paramount within this position. You will have excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills with a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
Anyone with comprehensive knowledge of Avis Budget programs, policies and procedures and has demonstrated Service Excellence Orientation, and commitment to the Avis Budget Group Vision, Mission and Values will be fast-tracked.
Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
In this busy role you would be assisting with general admin support and daily activities for the GM and his Senior management team. These duties would include but are not limited to:
- Providing administrative support
- Conducting clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents
- Coordinating project deliverables
- Perform accounting tasks, including invoicing, budget tracking, processing expenses.
- Diary management including scheduling meetings and travel arrangements as needed.
- Other ad hoc duties as required.
