Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients
  • Handle phone calls and emails
  • Schedule and coordinate with Clients and Technicians for service appointments and follow ups
  • Handle customer complaints timely and follow up with department in charge to provide appropriate solutions and/or alternatives. Follow up to ensure closure
  • Communicate effectively, maintain and establish close rapport with clients
  • Creating contracts and services into in-house programme and uploading of supporting documents
  • Monitor cash collection by technicians in your team
  • Check and compile service reports before sending to customers
  • Prepare invoices accurately prior to send out to customers
  • Attend to meeting with customers as and when required
  • Preparing of reports requested by customers as and when required
  • Perform all other ad-hoc duties as and when required
