Description:

You will be supporting the international roll-out of our approved prostate cancer imaging agent and helping us to advance our portfolio of late clinical-stage products that address significant unmet need in oncology and rare diseases.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Schedule the assembly of QIS components including creation and processing work orders through ERP system
  • Coordinate the fabrication of custom parts required for QIS installations, including creation and maintenance of assembly work instructions
  • Ensure all freight needs are met to support the constant flow of inventory and customer orders
  • Oversee supply process of QIS units and components including warehouse management
  • Assist in the process of machining parts and components, including prototypes
  • Coordinate in-bound and out-bound shipments including Dangerous Goods shipments and processing various shipping document to ensure compliance
  • Assist in the Export / Import process, including working closely and in conjunction with our brokers to ensure shipments cross borders efficiently
  • Monitor order fulfillment and shipments to minimize backlogs, delays and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide ongoing hands-on support to shipping/receiving staff to ensure that processes are followed
  • Negotiating freight quotes from forwarders, dedicated carriers (either land, air, or ocean)
  • Participate in ensuring warehouse inventories are accurate with a regular cycle count frequency
  • Perform QC inspection of incoming materials as needed
  • Support business KPIs by tracking shipping and receiving accuracy

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent training in Operations / Logistics required
  • Fluency in English is required
  • 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, life-science, or high-tech companies preferred
  • 2 + years of experience operating under ERP driven systems preferred
  • Dangerous Goods shipment certification preferred
  • Proven credibility to foster, motivate and influence positive behaviors within a team
  • Strong understanding of import / export requirements (CUSMA, USMCA, COO)
  • Strong computer skills for document creation and tracking
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb. loads
  • Familiarity with tools and equipment such as hand drill, pallet jack, strapping/banding, stretch wrapping, utility knives, tape measure, etc., is a plus
