SUCCESS REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent administration and organisational skills.
  • Expertise using ERP Accounting System (JD Edwards preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
  • Self-motivated with attention to detail.
  • Solid organisation skills, ability to prioritise, work well under pressure, and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills.

Austral Masonry provides the workhorses of the construction industry with a collection of masonry blocks, pavers and retaining walls used in residential and commercial construction. Responsibilities:

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Assist in the preparation of weekly profit estimate, (PEST):
    o Record daily production entries into JDE.
    o Maintain raw materials tracking spreadsheets.
    o Receipt daily raw material delivery dockets into JDE and above spreadsheets.
    o Record wages times.
    o Enter raw material consumption stocktake.

    o Gain an understanding of running the recovery reports.

  • Maintain Production Database.

  • Create purchase orders as per site requirements for consumables, monthly orders and plant improvements.
  • Confirm goods received in and process invoices for payment approval.
  • Maintain the KPI’s for processing TAPS, (Invoice payments).
  • Maintain adequate stock levels of PPE and other consumables. Review current levels from weekly PEST
  • Provide assistance in pre stock take and stocktake entry reporting.
  • Prepare, file, and distribute various routine reports.
  • Assist in the office housekeeping of old files and storage as time permits.
  • Provide additional assistance to Production Manager / Supervisor when required.
