Based in our North Sydney office and reporting to Branch Operations Manager, the purpose of this role is to manage branch operations and administration whilst supporting the administration team.
The role will manage all day-to-day Branch operations and work with the administration teams, brokers and broker support teams to maintain an efficient and productive office environment, such as assisting with all operational metrics which include debtor management, branch compliance and quality assurance, as well as being a champion for OH&S protocols including revising and owning branch interruption documents. Additionally, the role would involve auditing of Brokers work and ensuring contract requirements are met, as well as project management of system integration for migration of our broking platform. The successful applicant would be a subject matter expert for national and or business sponsored projects and be able to lead projects across business areas.
A smaller part of this role would include Reception duties from time to time as required and also act as the Facility Manager for all things branch related e.g. facility management, tenancy requirements and the onboarding of all new staff to the branch.
This is a great opportunity and to be considered, we are seeking a min of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally with exposure to the Insurance or Financial Services industry plus:
- Strong computer literacy and an aptitude to learn new systems
- Driven and professional disposition with a willingness to contribute to a team environment
- Outstanding customer service and communication
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to prioritise multiple deadlines and work across different teams
- Previous experience in an operations role
