About the role:
Are you looking to kick-start your career in transport and logistics? Look no further than Dragonfly Shipping. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team.
As our Operations Coordinator, you will support the greater operations team across all areas, including supply chain management, operational reporting, and process improvement. This role offers an opportunity to develop foundational skills and gain hands-on experience, working closely with the National Operations Manager,

Responsibilities include:
- Liaise with Station Management to measure and report on station functionality and customer forecasting.
- Assist Operations Lead with day-to-day management of stations.
- Support the monitoring and management of the middle-mile and transport network.
- Assist in the effective and timely resolution of customer claims.
- Support the implementation of new and ongoing projects.
About you:
- Have a qualification in one of the following disciplines: Logistics, Business Administration/Management or Commerce.
- Strong communication skills, written, verbal and interpersonal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
