JOB SUMMARY:

The Operations Coordinator is a pivotal role in how we run our Corporate Finance function. We are looking for a cross-functional strong problem solver to enhance our control frameworks, drive efficiencies taking data driven decisions, improve our staff management processes and ultimately make the Shuttlerock ecosystem’s engine room to run faster.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Tertiary qualification in Finance / HR or Engineering related fields preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a generalist Operations improvement or Finance role with focus on analytics & insights / assurance / process improvement, or in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering outstanding results with quantifiable business outcomes.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan and execute work efficiently.
  • Hands-on and positive attitude, with a willingness to tackle tasks ranging from manual processing to more complex analytics projects.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office with strong skills in Excel

Responsibilities:

  • Finance support: provide coordination support to the Finance team in daily cross functional tasks, revenue reporting, oversight and support on global payrolls. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the HR area and driving efforts to streamline processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.

  • Policy compliance: ensure Shuttlerock policies are maintained and updated by policy owners and adopted by employees on a regular basis. Set up a framework to ensure legal and regulatory documents are filed and maintained.

  • Employee experience & staffing: Produce employment agreements and other employment documentation and maintain accurate people records. Guide and support hiring managers in the recruitment of their roles assisting with advertising, using recruitment toolkits and hiring managers with new staff onboarding. Execution eNPS or other employee engagement surveys and analyse the results.
  • Remuneration: Coordinate the remuneration process based on individual performance results by producing remuneration letters as well as support the process of calculating formulaic commission for Sales related roles.
  • Communications: Coordinate with CEO and CFO internal and external stakeholder communications initiatives.
